“You could write anything to me about what’s going on in the Middle East this morning,” he adds. “Please don’t cancel me, I’m Catholic, but Jesus Christ himself could give me a buzz on the cellphone and tell me what he’s thinking about the setup, and I wouldn’t listen. All I care about is [the signal].”
