After successfully avoiding the first AMC short squeeze in 2021, Communications analyst Andrew Freedman shares his perspective and game plan for navigating the massive surge in AMC shares this morning on The Call @ Hedgeye with Hedgeye CEO Keith McCullough.

“The risks of being involved in a meme stock on the short side are very real,” said Freedman. “Wait for the stock to react negatively into a secondary offering for a sign that maybe the coast is clear to get back on the short side.”

Don’t get FOMO and lose on both sides of these meme stock trades. “In your portfolio, there are no heroes, there are no medals, there are no badges,” said McCullough. “There are executions.”
