Key Points: Just a reminder that this Thursday, 5/20 at 2pm ET we will be holding our new Best Idea Long presentation on AMH. After some client feedback and suggestion, we are also going to include some Quad back-test data by REIT subsector in an appendix to the presentation. There are many questions out there on historical performance by different REIT subsectors in each Quad, so the data will supplement our thinking and positioning as we continue to work through Quad 2 and charge into 2H21.
Additionally, REIT industry veterans will know that REITweek 2021 is coming up in a few weeks and will be held virtually June 8-10. This is the next key catalyst for the sector post-1Q21 earnings, and we will of course be dialed into key company presentations.
