In today's Chart of the Day from Director of Research Daryl Jones, we show our monthly Quad setup.

The year is set up to be “choppy waters” to some extent as we generally shift between Quad 2 and Quad 3.

On the positive, at this moment it seems like we will avoid the more turbulent Quad 4, or stagflation (effectively a risk off environment).  But conversely, we only have one month of Quad 1 . . . which is the economic goldilocks of strong growth and low inflation.
