“You reap what you sow.”

AppHarvest (APPH) has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Meanwhile, the trolls who were mocking our Consumables research team’s short call on the company are eating crow.

“I didn’t want all these people to lose money, but it would’ve benefited them if they read the details of what I was saying instead of making fun,” explains Hedgeye analyst Daniel Biolsi in this clip from The Call @ Hedgeye.

“AppHarvest had one of most promotional management teams I’ve ever encountered, saying they’d cure hunger, which is totally insane. It makes me wish I could show them my research to give them a check on their reality.”

“These people can’t even read an income statement,” says Keith McCullough. “#MOAB lives on. All these people fundamentally believe that’s investing. They have no idea what they’re doing. If they’d pay to listen to The Call, maybe they’d learn what an income statement or bankruptcy is instead of just believing.”
