Earlier today we reviewed health care's most important input - labor - and the role it was and will continue to play in health care inflation and the fed's favorite metric, Personal Consumption Expenditures. We also reviewed our least favorite topic, mortality and our second least favorite topic - for now anyway - fertility. The macro trends for health care are mostly positive as inflation accelerates, growth in procedures continues and reimbursement remains largely permissive.
