Takeaway: Health care has its share of problems but all the macro data point in a positive direction for 4Q and beyond

Call Invite Oct. 19 @ 12:30PM ET | Health Care Macro Themes: Harbor in the Storm HCA, THC, #muniland - 2022.10.07 20September 20Employment 20Chart 20Book Autorecovered 309900560692820101

Unlike most of the economy's sectors, health care has not faced for decades the kind of disruption that has characterized its operations these last 2 1/2 years. All the macro data now point to a return to stability and predictability albeit requiring more effort and know-how than before. Please join us on Wednesday as we review health care's major inputs, labor and supplies. We will also take a look at excess mortality which seems to have had a disruptive effect in late 1Q and early 2Q but now, unfortunately, appears to be reaccelerating. Vaccination trends on the other hand have flatlined.

We also have some questions about birth trends and insurer pricing.
