We will be hosting a series of calls with Cannabis policy experts to discuss the ever-changing landscape of Cannabis legalization.
The first call will be on 10/20 at 12:30 with Shaleen Title, CEO and co-founder of the drug policy think tank Parabola Center.
Shaleen is an attorney and a longtime cannabis activist. Just named to the 2021 Boston Business Journal's 40 Under 40 list, she runs the drug policy think tank Parabola Center. In addition, she is a Distinguished Cannabis Policy Practitioner in Residence at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law's Drug Enforcement and Policy Center. She served as an inaugural cannabis commissioner in Massachusetts from 2017 to 2020 and is currently vice-chair of the Cannabis Regulators of Color Coalition.
The second call will be on 10/25 at 12:30 with Zander Abrams, the Founder of the Cannabis Policy Forum.
Zander Abrams is the Founder of the Cannabis Policy Forum, where he writes about issues related to cannabis politics, policy, and regulation. Zander is focused on macro trends affecting the cannabis industry and draws on his experience in political campaigns, lobby organizations, and his background as an attorney. Through his company CPF Ventures, Zander works with cannabis operators, technology companies, and investors to build expansion strategies, manage public affairs, and facilitate foreign entry into the U.S. market. CPF Ventures also offers M&A advisory services and has been part of the consolidation within the industry throughout 2021.
