On Monday’s Hedgeye House Call, we will cover:
- New Best Idea Long – FAII | We’re presenting our long thesis for Fortress Acquisition Corp II (FAII) next week and continue to fill in the details and develop our tracking tools. FAII entered into an agreement to combine with ATI Physical Therapy, and we think there are multiple underappreciated levers to drive upside here both in the short and longer term. On Monday, we will preview this call and some of the key takeaways from our preliminary work.
- Evidence of Pent-Up Demand | Throughout this week’s earnings calls, we collected several meaningful data points related to our pent-up demand thesis. Most notably, we heard a considerable amount of commentary on evidence that there is pent-up demand within the health care system. The idea that volume will return at a “Back to Trend +” level seems to be gaining steam among the industry.
- Weekly MicroQuad Update | We are constantly workshopping ways to make the outputs from the MicroQuad Screen helpful to our clients. As we continue to see subscribers plugging into the process as a way to better understand the movements of their positions within the Macro Quads, we have added a new chart (and soon-to-be-available workbook) to the output to allow users a more efficient way of tracking the key metrics and the current MicroQuad positioning of our position monitor names.
