Takeaway: We are hosting a fireside chat on Cannabis banking with Steven Kemmerling of the CRB Monitor today, 3/9 @ 2PM EST

We are hosting a new Fireside chat on Cannabis banking with Steven Kemmerling of the CRB Monitor on 3/9 at 2 PM EST.  We continue to believe that full legalization of Cannabis is a 2022/2023 event, but the process of Cannabis legalization unfolds in two waves.  We believe this first wave will take on banking and tax-related issues, where we might know more by the end of March.  Getting the financial infrastructure is an essential first step of Cannabis reform, as full legalization will lead to interstate commerce, getting more complicated if STATES Act passes.
