Hedgeye House Call - The Doctor is in
On Tuesday’s Hedgeye House Call, we will cover:
- Replay of $DRIO's Appearance on HedgeyeTV | This past week, we hosted a call with the Erez Raphael, CEO, and Rick Anderson, President & General Manager, North America, of DarioHealth. Originally interested in the company for its potential threat to Livongo (a core piece of our $TDOC thesis), we came away from yesterday’s call excited by the answers we received to the key questions on our mind. On this week’s Hedgeye House Call, we will provide a brief recap of our takeaways from the call, as well as some preliminary work around our decision to add DRIO to the Long Bias list of our position monitor.
- $AMN, $TXG Data Updates & Earnings Previews | In preparation of their earnings releases (AMN – 2/18 after close; TXG – 2/17 after close) next week, we will be updating the corresponding databases for these Hedgeye Health Care Best Ideas Longs. Our work on AMN includes a set of job listings trackers including active job postings (new per day) and the wages associated with those roles. For TXG, we maintain a large internal database of NIH grants that we have queried to identify project terms which track single cell sequencing grants. We will share the key takeaways from these updates.
- Weekly MQ Update - Tracking Performance | Continuing to “lather- rinse- and repeat” our MicroQuad process includes the way we display and communicate its functionality with our clients who are beginning to adopt it into their own processes. Following last week’s House Call, we realized that we needed to limit the performance to the time a stock is in the bin as stocks often move in and out of the quads weekly - a simple, but important update. This week, we will provide further detail behind the chart shown in last week’s Health Care Morning Brief and the bottom- right picture of this week’s title slide.
