Please join us for a discussion and Q&A with DarioHealth (DRIO) CEO Erez Raphael and President & General Manager North America Rick Anderson on February 11th, 2021, at 10 AM ET. DRIO hit our radar screen late in 2020, but we weren't sure what to make of it at that time beyond the fact that a few interesting people were hired for senior roles (and the model sounded like Livongo's). Then, the company announced that its Digital Therapeutics Solution was Selected as an Employee Health Benefit by a Self-Insured, Fortune 500 Subsidiary and the Acquisition of Leading Digital Musculoskeletal (MSK) Company Upright Technologies and $70 Million Financing to start 2021. Sector head, Tom Tobin, will moderate the discussion, which we expect to cover topics including, but not limited to point solutions that resonate with employers, consumer/patient engagement, experience, and retention, the challenges/opportunities that come with generating massive quantities of real-time patient data, the growth of remote patient monitoring (RPM), and competitive dynamics in the employer, managed care, and provider markets.

Coming off of its acquisition of Upright Technologies, we think DRIO is:

1. In an interesting position with solutions for diabetes, hypertension, and now MSK patients;
2. Doing something different and potentially better with AI vs. the comps;
3. Well-positioned to comment on what employers are asking for now, and likely to need in the future; and
4. In the trenches dealing with all the questions that we have been asking subject matter experts about data (how to manage, integrate, and utilize it).
