- GDRX Replay of The Pitch | On January 28th, Tom reiterated our long thesis on GoodRx ($GDRX) citing that the timing is "much more attractive" today than it was when we pitched the original Black Book on December 11, 2020. On this week’s Hedgeye House Call, we will walk through the potential opportunity for the new vaccine data to unlock the pent-up demand and rebound in care that will provide near-term tailwinds.
- HCA, HRC Earnings Previews | In preparation of their earnings reports next week, we have refreshed our forecast algorithms for HCA Healthcare ($HCA) and Hill-Rom (HRC). Although HCA is not a current position monitor name, it is a quintessential stock to follow within health care given their commentary on underlying themes such as hospital admissions and acuity. On Monday, we will discuss not only the results of our forecasts, but also the process and inputs of yet another Hedgeye Health Care algorithmic tool.
- Weekly MQ Update - XLV | As we continue to enhance the MicroQuad framework, we further integrate its outputs into our process. Earlier this week, we were able to add the ability to forecast MicroQuads. From last update, we can see that the $XLV is heading for MicroQuad 4 where historical performance and batting average are weakest. Following a rather tumultuous week among stock market investors, we look forward to expounding on a few key takeaways from this week’s update.
