Takeaway: We have created a claims data chart book for the genetic testing labs we monitor. We plan to update monthly or upon request.

Genetic Testing Lab Chart Book | Data Updates, Claims Analyses, and Forecasts | EXAS, GH, NTRA, NVTA - gtl1

Background

Like many of the clients we have spoken with in recent weeks, we too have been working to develop a meaningful and efficient forecasting process for genetic testing lab test volume for some time now. While we admit that it has been a long process with more steps and back testing to go, we believe we have reached a point where we can create a meaningful time series and share the underlying data behind it more frequently.

In the chart book linked below, we have shared the time series, forecasting methods, and some additional analyses into a few of the public genetic testing labs which we have followed most closely in 2020. Furthermore, we shared data on a couple of private names which our clients have mentioned interest in.

What we are presenting in this deck is only a sample of the names and information we have access to, and we would be more than happy to dive deeper upon request.
