With Congress on the brink of shutting down the government for the fourth time in three months at midnight tonight, we'll run through the various scenarios under consideration and gauge the impact a shutdown will have on the budget and spending caps as well as industries that are dependent on the Federal government, e.g. defense. We'll also gauge prospects for future legislation and bipartisan collaboration on a host of backlogged issues.
