Earlier today we covered some of the unusual headwinds for managed care as labor shortages abate, albeit at higher unit costs, capacity expands and patients resume more usual patterns of care. Reserves may mollify some of these challenges but much will depend on how long this next wave of pandemic fallout lasts.
