In a regulatory filing, the board of directors of TXRH approved a stock repurchase program under which the board authorized the company to repurchase up to $300M of its common stock. The new stock repurchase program will commence on March 18 and has no expiration date and replaces the previous stock repurchase program which was approved by the board on May 31, 2019. The current program represents 5.2% of its total current market cap.
