Takeaway: Although evidence of change is all around us; some in C-Suite continue to treat COVID like a bad storm instead of generational inflection

Call Invite Tomorrow@10am | In Their Own Words: Silly Things CEOs Say TDOC, UHS, DVA, SHCR - 20211229 Silly Things CEOs Say p1

One of the first places I look for trouble - be it in politics or industry - is they way in which leaders describe their mission and their plans for execution. Gaps between the gestalt of leadership and the heuristics of management are usually the first sign that things may not be going well. With change all around us, it takes a very talented and confident leader to identify challenges and opportunities while pivoting in the right direction. Not everyone can do it.

Tomorrow we will take a somewhat unserious listen - sports show style -  to some of the more clueless comments in the last few months and examine how well these CEOs are positioning their companies for 2022.

Please join us for a few giggles.
