Takeaway: From our last update of the AMWL Provider Tracker, we saw 2 NEW health system additions, but continue to see midsize systems fall off...

A Big Win, but Attrition Continues in Midsize Health Systems

Our Amwell Provider Tracker hos done a good job of flagging client wins and losses. In the latest update we saw 3 wins, including Memorial Hermann, a large health system and two smaller wins.  In the loss column is Baptist Health of Arkansas, a large system, but not as big as Memorial Hermann.  As the company has spoken about, the adoption of modules within a new client take time and result in lower revenue for new clients initially.  This suggests the new wins won't offset the loss of Baptist, at least in the early part of the roll out.  Please note that we don't have visibility into the Converge offering through this data.  We are keeping AMWL on the short bench for now as the downside seems limited in the near term.
