Takeaway: Labor costs and supply; secular shifts in utilization; long tail implications of federal stimulus; new day for capitation; a rural revival?

Call Invite | June 30 @ 2pm ET | 2H 2021 Policy Themes: The Post-COVID World Unfolds - Health Care Employment

Little by little, each day we move incrementally toward clarity on the challenges and opportunities for health care in the Post-COVID world. And what a world it will be. Labor and, with it, care patterns have all been disrupted. New regulatory demands are being placed on the supply chain. A few hundred billion dollars from the federal Treasury for research, testing, and public health services are still coursing through the American health care system. Insurance coverage has shifted again toward government payers. As the industry most affected by COVID, health care is probably never going to be that same again, and that is probably a good thing.

Please join me and Tom Tobin, Health Care Sector Head as we go through these and other trends we are tracking.
