- The Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee will hold a hearing on expanding technology to rural areas at 10:00 AM.
- The House Committee on Energy and Commerce will hold a hearing on the Energy Star Reform Act of 2017 at 10:00 AM.
- The House Committee on Natural Resources will examine recovery efforts in Puerto Rico at 10:00 AM.
- The House Committee on Financial Services will continue their hearing series on housing finance reform at 10:00 AM. Followed by a hearing on “Examining Federal Reserve Reform Proposals” at 2:00 PM.
- The House Committee on Natural Resources will hold a hearing on federal lands’ energy policy at 2:00 PM.
- The House Committee on Natural Resources will markup the Bipartisan Offshore-Onshore Energy Bill at 5:00 PM.
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8:

- The House Committee on Financial Services is holding a hearing on sustainable housing finance at 9:00 AM.
- The House Energy and Commerce Committee is holding a hearing on the Farm Regulatory Certainty Act at 10:15 AM.
