About The Speakers:
Minister Khelil will provide a preview of the upcoming OPEC meeting later in November as well as answer your questions about possible actions OPEC may take. With the Aramco IPO scheduled for 2018, the November OPEC meeting will take on even greater significance.
Commissioner Powelson was confirmed as a new FERC Commissioner by the US Senate on August 4, 2017. He was previously a member of the Pennsylvania Utility Commission having also served as its Chairman. In addition, he most recently served as the President of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC).
Karen Harbert leads the energy arm of the nation’s most influential and biggest business organization in Washington. She is a former top energy official in the George W. Bush Administration. She will provide an overview of key energy policy catalysts in Washington.
