Well, it’s official.
The Millennial generation has officially surpassed Baby Boomers as America’s largest living generation. In the coming years, this massive 75.4 million strong generation will be aging into peak consumption years, ages 35 to 54 years old.
This will radically alter the U.S. economic outlook.
Heads up Housing investors. “If you fast forward a couple years… it looks like there is an enormous bull market that is coming down the pike here by 2020 to 2022,” Hedgeye Housing analyst Josh Steiner said in a recent institutional research call.
