We think that the Short case and the Long narrative both have serious merits here. While we respect the risks (which we'll outline in our deck), we think that the TAIL upside dramatically outweighs the downside at current levels, and think that RH is going to beat the upcoming quarter handily. The stock has been range bound between around 220 and 350 for about 10 months, sitting at 285 today. What could cause it to finally break out? We’ll explore that on our call and we intend to review a few key topics. Ultimately, we intend to map out how we think about the TREND stock call and model in the context of our big TAIL Long call that we think takes the stock over 1,000. |
