This morning on The Call @ Hedgeye, Telecom & Media Policy analyst Paul Glenchur flags a recent ruling by an Ohio state judge in a case involving Google Search and the implications it may have on the tech giant.

"The idea is that Google Search can't preference its own content sites, it can't prioritize Google products over others," notes Glenchur. "This has pretty big implications in terms of all these contentions... which has potentially substantial monetary impacts."
