Hedgeye Risk Management, LLC ("Hedgeye") respects your privacy rights and is committed to maintaining your trust. This privacy policy page outlines the types of personal information that is received and collected by and on behalf of Hedgeye resulting from your use of the Red-Eye, Green-Eye™ Powered by Hedgeye® application (this "App"), and how we use it.

  1. Information Collected, Used and Shared.

In order to provide the App to you, including notifications, Hedgeye automatically collects unique device identifiers (Advertising ID for Android and Identifier for Vendor for iOS) and the version of the App downloaded when you download the App. Hedgeye also collects information about whether the user received each notification. Hedgeye does not associate this information with specific individuals or other personally identifying information.

Hedgeye uses Google Firebase technology to help us provide the App and collect statistical analysis. Google Firebase collects App users' unique device identifiers (Advertising ID for Android and Identifier for Vendor or Identifier for Advertising, if enabled, for iOS) and IP addresses, and uses cookies and similar technologies, subject to their own privacy policy. Google Analytics for Firebase provides Hedgeye with usage statistics and demographic data on a purely aggregated and anonymized basis. Hedgeye processes this aggregated data to analyze App usage, improve functionality, and expand our service offering. Hedgeye does not receive personal information about users in association with this aggregated and anonymized data. Hedgeye does not use the data that it collects from the App for tracking purposes or for third-party advertising.

  1. Retention.

Hedgeye will retain the above information while you have the App.

  1. Legal Basis.

Hedgeye processes the information described above to fulfill our agreement to provide the App to you, to pursue our legitimate interests in improving and analyzing the use of the App, and/or where you have given your consent, which may be withdrawn.

  1. No Sensitive Information.

Hedgeye does not process sensitive information in connection with the App.

  1. Opt out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information:

Hedgeye does not sell personal information from the App in exchange for money. To the extent that allowing our third-party services providers to collect information as described in Section 1 above constitutes selling or sharing of personal information, you may opt out by restricting the use of advertising IDs in your mobile device's settings by selecting:

Settings > Google > Ads > Reset Advertising ID (for Android)

Settings > Privacy > Advertising > No Ad Tracking (for iOS)
