JT and I sat down last week and discussed Joe Biden's recently improved performance on both the debate stage and at the ballot box. Biden is now providing a mature alternative to the often unserious President Trump and the almost too serious Bernie Sanders. It comes at the right moment and as COVID-19 reminds America what government and sound political leadership are good for.
