STAMFORD, Conn., September 3, 2019 -- Hedgeye Risk Management, a leading independent provider of investment research and online financial media firm, announced today that Felix Wang, CFA has launched new research coverage on China.
As the firm’s China Analyst, Wang will be leading Hedgeye’s new equity research platform and provide institutional investors with in-depth China stock coverage as well as best ideas on the long and short side of China stocks.
“This is a remarkable opportunity and one which I am extremely excited about,” said Wang. “Our analysis will be utilizing proprietary big data to provide an edge and pinpoint under-the-radar investment opportunities in the broad and increasingly complex China ecosystem.”

Over the past decade working as an analyst at Hedgeye, Wang has played an integral role in a variety of positions within the firm’s Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (GLL) sector coverage. Most recently, he was a Director working alongside industry veteran Todd Jordan where their investing focus included the Chinese territory of Macau.
