Deputy Secretary Brouillette started as second in command at the US Department of Energy on August 7, 2017.  His previous government positions included Staff Director at the US House Energy & Commerce Committee; and Assistant Secretary of Energy for Legislative Affairs in the Bush Administration. He is also a former state energy regulator having served as a member of the Louisiana State Mineral and Energy Board.

Minister Khelil will provide a preview of the upcoming OPEC meeting later in November as well as answer your questions about possible actions OPEC may take. With the Aramco IPO scheduled for 2018, the November OPEC meeting will take on even greater significance.
