“I think they pull it out,” says Hedgeye Senior Healthcare Policy analyst Emily Evans. “The political calculus points in favor of voting yes.”

Historically, healthcare isn’t the GOP’s bailiwick. Tax reform is. And that’s a motivator for voting yes on the Republican healthcare bill, Evans says, because “the more time that goes by the less likely they’ll be able to get to tax reform.”
