In this clip from The Call @ Hedgeye, Health Care analyst Tom Tobin discusses why the Hedgeye signaling process overcomes the temptation to follow flimsy narratives on why to buy a stock. He discusses his own personal struggle with deciding whether or not to go long on Hims & Hers Health (HIMS).
“Each time that I looked at this thing, I really waffled. I was super full of conviction then looked again and said, ‘This thing is so dodgy,’” Tobin says.
“But here’s the deal: I’ve got a better mousetrap because I’ve got deep fundamentals and I’ve got quad factor score, which backs in to the macro process and our signal strength.”
