In this clip from Wednesday’s edition of The Call @ Hedgeye, Macro, Financials & Housing analyst Josh Steiner highlights new data points suggesting the U.S. residential housing environment is – finally – getting less bad.

He highlights builder confidence, single-family housing data, and home prices.

“Don’t get me wrong, these numbers are still down significantly year-over-year,” Steiner says. “But the comps on just about every housing series out there are going to get much easier in the back half of this year.”
