Renewal reports, required by CMS are making their way to Washington. California's was posted recently and illustrates a more uneven pattern than those reports submitted by Florida and Ohio. California indicates that to simplify things they are retaining cadence of renewals as determined by the beneficiaries entry into the program. Like Florida, California should have reached the halfway point after month 6th (July-Aug).
We reiterate that disenrollment is fertility territory for beneficiary advocates and that could slow the process especially.
