According to CSRC, China securities regulators CSRC and finance ministry have signed a preliminary cooperation agreement on audit supervision with their US counterparts. The agreement includes US supervision and investiation of relevant accounting firms, forming a cooperation framework that meet laws and regulatory requirements for both sides.
