This morning on The Call @ Hedgeye, Healthcare analyst Tom Tobin explains why Amazon Care shutting down offers a significant shorting opportunity for Teladoc (TDOC), despite the bounce in the stock off this news.
"If anything, Amazon Care shuttering is really just a stake in the heart of per-member, per-month priced telehealth benefit," says Tobin. "There are a lot of parallels here with the Teladoc story...I would definitely be shorting any rally off Amazon Care. I'm reading that very negatively for Teladoc."
