On that note, in this clip from The Macro Show, Hedgeye CEO Keith McCullough responds to a subscriber who asked him his best short idea for the next 12 months.
“It’s all about the when. It’s not about getting down to some point in time… you’ve got to unlearn that and get better,” says McCullough. “Your best shorts are when you gross them up because the market gave you an opportunity.”
“If you need me to answer a question that gives you more comfort because you’re getting conviction, I’m giving you bullsh*t. I’m not gonna give you bullsh*t, I’m gonna give you a #process.”
