In this clip from today’s edition of The Macro Show, Hedgeye Financials & Macro analyst Josh Steiner breaks down the acceleration & trajectory of money supply increases, and his outlook for Housing going forward.

“My expectation is that housing prices are going to continue to rise at a rapid rate, for two reasons. One is monetary… we’re in an environment where we have a progressively easier & easier Fed. And in this case, we have the Treasury alongside it. The potential path for printing over the years ahead is greater than what we’ve seen in the past.”

“Think of housing as an inflation hedge.”
