In this clip from The Call @ Hedgeye, Industrials analyst Jay Van Sciver updates on the automotive industry, Ford Motor Company (F)Apple, Inc.'s (AAPL) electric car, and Rockwell Automation, Inc. (ROK). Hedgeye CEO Keith McCullough gives further context on how these updates fit within his macro outlook on bottlenecks.

“Everyday I get up and I seem to see more of this EV growth thesis is playing out,” explains Van Sciver. “eventually you end up in a competitive mess where it’s very hard to differentiate your mock electric Mustang, versus whatever e-tron, Tesla, or whatever it is that’s out there.”

“In the meantime, whoever is involved with that capital raising bubble is going to do pretty well. Everyone is sort of feeding into that and you see incremental evidence of that today.”
