In this clip from The Call @ Hedgeye, Industrials analyst Jay Van Sciver and Hedgeye CEO Keith McCullough discuss how to manage shifting positions within Quad transitions.

“Understand that a lot of these shorts like Plug Power (PLUG), Nikola (NKLA), and Clover (CLOV) acted great throughout Quad 3 because Quad 3 doesn’t like leveraged P.O.S companies that don’t have cash flow. But Quad 2 does,” notes McCullough. “I’m just trying to challenge people's process and their premise so that they’re not sitting there two to three months from now going ‘Sh*t, it’s Quad 2. I got to cover this short.”
