Just a reminder that we will be in the Hedgeye studio today at 12:30pm ET for a live Fireside Chat with Jon Geanakos, Executive Managing Director of JLL Capital Markets, and his colleague Julia Georgules, Senior Director of Research, to discuss the current state of the office markets and JLL's view of office post-pandemic.  Jon and I formerly worked at Houlihan Lokey a number of years ago in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group, and Jon has been an extremely knowledgeable mentor throughout my career.  We hope clients can join us, and are positive his and Julia's insights will be extremely valuable towards forming an investment view around the office subsector of the REIT universe
