“What's making me much more comfortable with #DeltaVariant (and the other COVID variants we'll surely get) are the vaccination rates. The absolute rate of hospitalizations is extremely low,” explains Tobin as he highlights the at-risk demographics and why the U.S. is well-suited for handling new variants.
"The unvaccinated population is largely under 65 where the risk of death is significantly lower. The vast majority of Americans over 65 are vaccinated.”
