On Monday’s Hedgeye House Call, we will cover:
- New Best Idea Long – BFLY | Butterfly Network (BFLY) has slowly moved up our watchlist over the last few weeks. Following our preliminary modeling and field checks regarding potential TAM, utility, and reimbursement, we are excited to add it as our newest Best Idea Long on next week’s Hedgeye House Call. During the call, we will discuss our outlook, as well as, recap the work we have done so far.
- Claims Acceleration – NEO | Neogenomics is a name which has hung around on our long bias list for quite a while as we awaited an acceleration in our claims data or another positive catalyst. In the last few weeks, we have seen that acceleration following evidence of the re-opening [finally] taking place in health care. Paired with the company’s positive comments regarding trends in May, we have begun the work on NEO.
- Updated HC Employment Data | As we've been highlighting, medical consumption pent- up demand remains significant for many types of care, and we've only recently begun to see the signs that it's thawing. While demand for labor is directly positive for AMN, we expect all of our longs to benefit. The May ADP Employment report is a solid signal we're getting into the meat of the thesis, but initial BLS data looks to be bucking the trend.
